Farmers Market Assistance Fund
Through disasters, both natural and man-made, our farmers markets have continued to provide healthy, nutritious food.
Now, in this pandemic, we are, as always, on the frontline of community by operating critical spaces for community food security.
We, at the Agricultural Institute of Marin (AIM) are literally
working around the clock to ensure that our seven year-round certified farmers markets remain open and in total compliance
with all COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. Through our advocacy efforts we convinced the state to designate farmers markets as an essential business when access to food is critical.
Because our local food system is essential.
