ABOUT AIM
For 35 years, AIM has been passionately educating the public about the health, environmental, and economic benefits of buying locally grown food directly from farmers, while connecting and supporting communities and local and regional food systems so the public can access healthy and sustainably-grown food.
AIM has launched a new speaker series at our farmers markets called “Harvest Talks” where farmers, food producers, and community leaders tell their story about how they are creating a more responsible local food system.

“There is probably no single thing any human being can do that is more impactful, beneficial, pleasurable, or achievable, than to eat seasonally and close to home.”

The Rollin’ Root is a food truck stocked with seasonal fruits, vegetables, and dairy products from the farmers market. AIM’s goal is to ensure that all members of our community have access to fresh fruits and vegetables, regardless of transportation or economic barriers.
