Agricultural Resilience In the Face of Extreme Dry Conditions

We are grateful to share with you the attached report - Agricultural Resilience In the Face of Extreme Dry Conditions: A Marin and Sonoma Partnership Response and Recommendations. Written by Marin and Sonoma County agencies and organizations, this report documents collective and coordinated responses to the extreme dry conditions from 2019 through 2022. In particular, it details the adaptations that were developed and implemented to relieve impacts on livestock and row crop agriculture. The report is a guide for response to future extreme dry conditions and also provides recommendations for needed advancements that will advance the resilience of the North Bay agricultural community and stakeholders. We welcome opportunities to discuss and implement these recommendations and hope the you find the report useful.
