Production Manager - Open Circle Seeds
Seeking full-time production manager for the 2025 season and beyond, at our certified organic farm in inland Mendocino County. Very diversified farm businesses include spring nursery sales, a few specialized vegetable and fruit crops, and field-grown seed crops.
Candidate will participate in all production aspects including:
-- greenhouse seeding and production
-- nursery sales management
-- field production management, including:
-- planting
-- irrigation
-- harvest
-- post-harvest seed processing
-- fall clean-up
Required attributes include:

-- enthusiastic and upbeat attitude
-- ability to work alone or with others
Pay commensurate with experience and quality of work
Season runs approximately February 1st through December 20th.
