KM Mushrooms, located in Santa Rosa, is a community farm focused on growing premium quality gourmet mushrooms. We serve the bay area via 7 weekly farmer’s market and wholesale distribution. As the business continues to grow, we are excited to expand our production team. 

A little bit about you…

Seeking an honest, reliable, hard-working and good natured individual with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license. 

Available to work weekdays 9am-2pm

Must be able to comfortably move and lift 50 lbs, work standing up, be able to climb ladders safely, comfortably lift 35 lbs overhead, work efficiently and cautiously in varied industrial environments.

Attention to detail and ability to accurately and efficiently follow company protocols and procedures is a must.  

Familiarity with agriculture and experience working in maintenance is a plus.

Related industry experiences include brewery or winery cellar, row crop farm, etc.

This role has the ability to quickly expand in hours and compensation for the right candidate.

Job duties include…

Assist in all aspects of mushroom cultivation: working with substrate, harvesting, cleaning, packing and maintaining proper growing conditions. 

Follow all SOPs and food safety plans.

Maintain a clean and organized environment. 

Weekly deliveries to wholesale accounts. 

Maintain farm logs and records. 

Compensation…

$18-$22/hour DOE
