Job Title: Retail Coffee Sales Representative (Demos & Farmers Market)
Company: Graffeo Coffee Roasting Co.
Location: Primarily off-site at regional grocery stores, the North Beach Farmers Market, and Graffeo’s HQ in North Beach, SF. Must have a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
Position Type: Part-Time, 20-25 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday.
Compensation: $25/hour + performance bonus + mileage reimbursement + exclusive company discounts and perks.

Position Overview
Graffeo Coffee is looking for an energetic, sales-oriented individual to lead in-store demos (aka sampling) and run our weekly farmers market booth. The ideal candidate thrives in a customer-facing environment, is self-motivated and outgoing, and enjoys the fast-paced nature of dynamic sales settings.

You’re a morning person who loves coffee, and most of all you appreciate artisanal quality and brands with integrity and passion.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 2-4 in-store demos per week.
Operate our farmers market booth every Saturday at the North Beach Farmers Market.
Collaborate with other internal teams to schedule demos, maintain demo equipment, and ensure sufficient supplies and product inventory.
Serve as the “Face of Graffeo,” engaging with and educating customers, fostering brand loyalty, and identifying new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
Must reside in the Bay Area, within a 30-minute drive of North Beach, SF.
Must have a personal vehicle for work, including transporting demo gear and commuting to events.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 3-6 hours at a time.
Proficiency with basic technology, such as Square, spreadsheets, and digital calendars.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Must pass a full background check.
