Golden Comb Honey keeps bees and packages the honey, bee pollen, and whole honeycombs to sell at the local farmers markets. In 2000, the owner planted a small vineyard on his 3-acre farm. Tsymbal Winery was created with the harvest that was produced. The first batch of homemade wine, using the old-fashioned style, was made without any sulfites or chemicals. He was so encouraged with the medicinal effect of natural wine that he pushed for commercial licensing. In late 2008, he got his license and is very encouraged to have other people enjoy it at the local farmers markets and special events.
