Guru Ram Das Orchards started out in 1980 on 16.5 acres of land in the Capay Valley. Didar and his wife commuted from Reno where they lived to their orchards weekly to keep their young trees alive. Didar and his wife decided to move out to the farm and become fully invested in growing food for a living. 20 years later they have expanded their operation and feel thankful to have their loyal customers at the Thursday Civic Center Farmers Market.
